    Social Media Terms and Conditions “INNA – Tu Manera” Contest


    SECTION I. THE PROMOTER

    The promoter is: GLOBAL RECORDS SRL, company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Romania, with its registered office in 3rd Catedrala Tineretului Street.

    By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

    The Terms and Conditions for this contest are set forth on the Global Records and INNA official Instagram in the "bio" section and on < https://globalrecords.com/ >. The promoter reserves the right to modify and/or change the rules, but not before publicly announcing the participants.

    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.


    SECTION II. THE PROMOTER

    The “Tu Manera” contest takes place exclusively between 28th of March, 2019, 19:00 hours – 3rd of April, 2019, 19:00 hours on YouTube.


    SECTION III. THE MECHANISM OF THE COMPETITION

    The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

    1. Write in a comment on YouToube at the “Tu Manera” song the thing that makes you go crazy.
    2. The prize goes to the comment that receives the most likes.
    3. The winner will be notified by DM within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    4. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.


    SECTION IV. THE PRIZE

    The prize consists in a pair of customized sneakers made by Graure and a one-of-a-kind jacket.

    The prize is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 


    SECTION V. GENERAL RULES

    The competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over except employees of GLOBAL RECORDS SRL and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization. 

    Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

    No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

    The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.

    The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Romanian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, Bucharest.

    Offensive manifestations will not be tolerated. This contest is aimed at those who demonstrate creative intelligence. Offensive language is not allowed in the contest. Such manifestations may lead to the removal of the participant who will be found guilty of such manifestations.


    SECTION VI. DATA PROTECTION

    By entering this contest, participants expressly agree that their personal data to be included in the Global Records database and that all such personal data be stored, used and processed by Global Records, as well as its affiliates and collaborators for the development and / or performance of activities such as, but not limited to: conducting this contest, commercial activities, promoting products and services, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics. Participants also expressly and unequivocally agree that such personal data may be transferred by Global Records to both its affiliates and other / other entities in the country or abroad. By reading the present Terms and Conditions, the participants have acknowledged that they are guaranteed the rights provided by the law, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to rectification, the right-to-be forgotten, the right to object, the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making, the right to address the competent authorities in case of violation of its rights guaranteed by Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data. At the same time, Participants have the right to oppose the processing of their personal data and to request their total or partial erasure.
